Crossfire Records' Accomplishments

Not only is the story of Crossfire Records a story of how two young men followed their dreams and passions, but it is also a story of how they achieved success beyond their wildest dreams. Whisper and Prodigal, inspired by their faith in God, started out with dreams, and ended up with empires. The message that has breathed fire into the lives of Whisper and Prodigal is the same message they spread through their work, which provides inspiration and encouragement to all who receive it.

New beginnings

The dream of Crossfire Records began as a vision given to Whisper during his incarceration at Groveland Correctional Facility. He held this vision from God close to his heart until he was released and could share this passion with the world. Upon his release, Whisper collaborated with Prodigal, and they started the rap duo, Fulfillment Entertainment. Their first success was their CD, Sonz of Thunda, which was received with open arms and hearts by the Gospel Rap community and fans.

New successes

Encouraged by their joint success, Whisper and Prodigal went on to achieve their individual dreams. For Whisper, this was creating his own record label, Crossfire Records, and for Prodigal, it was his own business, P-Dot Productions. When their first compilation CD, Street Christians: Fulfillment, was released by Whisper’s Crossfire Records in 2005, it was submitted for the Syracuse Sammy Awards. Despite meeting with success at every turn, Crossfire Records holds true to its founding principles. Crossfire Records keeps it real and keeps it street. They do not judge, and they are here to lead by example.
